What if I do not get my car fixed?

A restriction for "UN-REPAIRED DAMAGE" will be in effect on your insurance policy. Any further claim to fix your vehicle will be denied until your hail damage is repaired.

Will a hail claim make my insurance go up?

No. Insurance companies classify claims in two categories: Collision and Comprehensive. Hail damage is a comprehensive claim and considered an act of God. Such claims will NOT increase your insurance rates.

Do I have to go where my insurance company tells me to?

No; by law, the choice is yours. If you do choose their option, you will pay your deductible 'out-of-pocket', since they are under contract and must charge you. WE ASSIST WITH YOUR DEDUCTIBLE.

How long do I have to get my car fixed?

Most insurance checks are only acceptable for 180 days; however, your estimate is based on current labor and parts rate. Waiting will also increase the risk for "UNREPAIRED DAMAGE" complications.
